Vegetarian Option made with Beyond Meat.
Traditional Peruvian style stir fry of beef tenderloin, sautéed with onions, tomatoes, fries, garlic, chopped cilantro and green onions, Peruvian spices and soy sauce. Then we top it off with a fried egg and we serve it with a side of garlic rice and some plantains.

Fresh Catch of the day, calamari, mussels and shrimp, seasoned and sprinkled with potato starch to then deep fried it. Served with salsa criolla, fried yuca, Peruvian corn, canchita and Peruvian style tartar sauce.

The Perfect Choice
Grass fed French lamb chops grilled to perfection and then sautéed in a Seco sauce (cilantro, beer, Peruvian spices sauce) served with garlic rice and fried yuca. Garnished with salsa criolla and Aji Amarillo.
