We request a minimum of 3 days in advance for any catering orders
Choose one of each option:
Carmela's turkey: Whole roasted and hand carved Peruvian marinade turkey, served with onion and cilantro salad.
Peruvian Sandwich de Pollo Chicken salad with Romaine lettuce and crispy potato strings.
Sandwich de Asado: Peruvian style Pot Roast, served with Arugula and gravy.
Munay Triple: Chicken salad, ham and cheese, egg and bacon salad, layered sandwich in white bread.

All sanwiches are served in a Ciabatta bread, unless specified otherwise.

Specialty Leafy Salads:
Kale coleslaw: kale, shredded carrots, mandarin oranges, cabbage, with an orange balsamic dressing.
Caesar Salad: Romaine lettuce, soft brioche croutons, shredded parmesan cheese and Caesar salad dressing.
Rita's salad: Spinach, sliced apples, sesame seeds with a bell pepper, mustard and honey dressing.
Chef's Specialty Side:
Pesto Pasta Salad: Bow tie pasta, fresh feta cheese, cherry tomatoes tossed with pesto dressing.
Chef's Potato Salad: Yellow potatoes, onion, parsley and pecans, tossed with house-made mayonnaise.
Munay Quinoa Salad: Quinoa, sweet peppers, green onions, olives, cilantro, parsley, cherry tomatoes tossed with a lime vinaigrette.
